sourboo is made using Cucumis a type of small cucumber (similar to gherkins), sliced and flavoured for that sharp, mouth-watering hit.

yes!! 100% vegetarian

nope not in the traditional sense. it's not meant to sit quietly next to your meal.

4. how do i eat it?
